Stirfry Chinese Cabbage With Anchovies

- Half Chinese cabbage - cleaned & cut for about 1 inches length from bottom shopping list
- 1 carrot - finely slice shopping list
- 1/2 inch chopped ginger shopping list
- 3 glove of garlice - chopped shopping list
- 1 handful of fine dried anchovies - from asian groceries - washed & rinse shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the hot pan with some oil (2 tbsp)
- Fry the garlic & ginger
- Add anchovies
- Fry until fragrant
- Add the carrot and cabbage
- Stirfry & cover for 1 minute (medium to high heat).
- Add salt & pepper
- Serve hot with warm rice.
