- milk shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- All purpose flour shopping list
- oil for deep frying shopping list
- Tempura Crumbs (optional) shopping list
- parmesan cheese shopping list
- lemon or lime shopping list
How to make it
- For the fish:
- 1. Clean the fish fillet (Tilapia or CODfish in my case I prefer either)
- 2. Squeeze a good amount of lime of lemon
- 3. Sprinkle it wih a dash of salt an pepper
- For the batter:
- 1.Place milk in a bowl
- 2. Add the all purpose flour (until you reach batter thickness)
- 3. Make sure that there are no lumps on the batter (the strategy i use is I warm the milk first and then as I put the flour, I keep on stirring it)
- 4. The batter should be coating the whole fork and it should look like a pancake batter.
- 5. Dredge it in the Japanese Tempura crumbs
- 6. Fry until golden brown
- 7. Place them on top of paper towel to drain the excess oil
- 8. Put lots of Parmesan cheese on top while it's hot
- 9. Serve
- 10. ENJOY!!!
