Astro Cookies

The taste is actually indescribable. A sweet vanilla cookie dough with astro's or smarties in it. Wilmarie (11) made this.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter (50 g, 60 ml) shopping list
- 4 tablespoons castor sugar (60 ml) shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (5 ml) shopping list
- 3/5 cups of flour (150 ml , 1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons) shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
- 50 g smarties or astro's or chocolate morsels shopping list
How to make it
- Mix sugar and butter well.
- Separately, mix egg and vanilla well.
- Pour the egg mixture into the sugar mixture.
- Mix well.
- Sift the flour and salt into the batter.
- Stir until smooth.
- Stir in the smarties, astros or morsels.
- Spoon some dough onto a baking tray.
- Bake at 180 deg C (350 deg F) for 10 - 15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool down.
- Enjoy!
