this is a unique blend of spices is found mainly in Jamaica and the Cayman Islands... ...you can adjust it according to your taste but this is the way they make it .............courtesy of tortuga rum and caribbean party cookbook
Ingredients
- 1 - 3-1/2 ounce bottle of spice island beau- monde seasoning shopping list
- 1 - teaspoon ground allspice shopping list
- 1 - teaspoon ground coriander shopping list
- 1/2 - teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 - teaspoon garlic salt shopping list
- 1/4 - teaspoon ground cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/2 - teaspoon sweet paprika shopping list
- 2 - teaspoons sugar shopping list
How to make it
- combine all ingredients , and blend well.
- store in tightly sealed container
- enjoy .............makes about 5 -6 ounces
