Jack Daniels Chocolate Cake

An easy cake that you will love!
Ingredients
- 1 box dark chocolate cake mix shopping list
- OR shopping list
- Your favorite chocolate cake recipe shopping list
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten shopping list
- 1/2 cup Jack Daniel's whiskey shopping list
- 1/2 cup black coffee shopping list
- 1/4 cup broken pecan pieces shopping list
- 1 very ripe banana shopping list
- 1 stick butter, softened shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
- Grease and flour bundt cake pan.
- In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients except the pecan pieces.
- Mix on medium-high 1-2 minutes until you get a ribbon like consistency (do not overmix).
- Put pieces of nuts in the bottom of the bundt pan
- our batter into the pan.
- Bake 45-50 min or until toothpick inserted in center is nearly clean.
- Let cool for 15-20 minutes and then invert on to cooling rack to cool completely.
