Warm Mushroom Salad

I got this recipe from one of my favorite cookbooks "The Kosher Palette", it is a fundraiser cookbook for a school, and this is one of my favorite recipes from it. I hope you enjoy it.
Ingredients
- Salad shopping list
- 2 tablespoons oil shopping list
- 1 8 oz. pack button mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- 1 lb. shiitake mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- 2 heads bibb lettuce, torn into pieces shopping list
- Fresh dill vinaigrette shopping list
- 1 cup veg oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup vinegar shopping list
- 1 tblsp. fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 2-3 teaspoons chopped fresh dill shopping list
- 1 1/4 tspn salt shopping list
- 1/2 tspn dry mustard powder shopping list
- 1/2 tspn pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tspn sugar shopping list
- 1/4 tspn dried oregano shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed shopping list
- pinch thyme shopping list
How to make it
- Salad
- heat oil in a large skillet and saute mushrooms until tender
- combine all salad ingredients
- Add enough dressing to coat, tossing well
- Dressing
- Combine all ingredients in a jar, cover and shake vigorously
- Enjjoy!
