How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450, or 475 for high altitude
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the bisquick, milk, cheese, and ½ tsp garlic powder; beat for 30 seconds
  • Fill lightly-greased muffin tins with the mixture, filling up 2/3 of the way
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes or till the tops are nice and golden
  • Combine the melted butter and the remaining ½ tsp garlic powder; brush this over the warm biscuits.
  • • add sesame and poppy seeds into the dough mixture
  • • omit the garlic and use your favorite nut
  • • the add-in options are endless

    Came out great and looked just like the picture. Mister said they weren't the same as red lobster but I noticed the disappeared at the same rate.

    I see so many great biscuit recipes, but I can't get Bisquick here... any ideas how to get around that? Can I make Bisquick?

    These were great! I did as Lilliancooks did and adder parmesan to the butter and then melted it. Yum!

    Good biscuit. I'd like to cut the butter in half next time and possibly make them drop biscuits on a cooking sheet instead of cupcake tins, or mold them into a standard looking biscuit shape using heavily floured hands to manipulate the dough.

    These were very good! I added grated parmesan cheese to the melted butter and garlic. Then brushed it heavily onto each biscuit. Pretty close to the Red Lobster biscuits.I hope you like my photo!
