Saucy Shrimp And Scallops - Bonefish Grill

- 2 oz butter shopping list
- 1 Tbsp garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 green onion, chopped shopping list
- 10 kalamata olives, 1/2 pieces shopping list
- 2 Tbsp Sundried tomatoes, julienned shopping list
- 3 oz shrimp (small count) shopping list
- 3 oz bay scallops shopping list
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup clam juice shopping list
- 3 Tbsp feta cheese, crumbled shopping list
- 2 Tbsp Chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Heat butter in a saute pan. Add garlic and green onions and saute until the aroma fills the air.
- Add Kalamata olives and sundried tomatoes - cook for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp and scallops, salt & pepper and saute until firm - do not overcook.
- Add lemon juice, clam juice and feta cheese - bring to a simmer.
- Pour into heated serving dish.
- Spring with chopped parsley
- Serve with crusty bread (you could probably serve this over a bed of pasta like angel hair)
