- 150 g couscous (uncooked) shopping list
- 1 kg tomatoes shopping list
- 3 onions shopping list
- 2 cucumbers shopping list
- 1 handfull of mint leaves shopping list
- juice of 3 lemons shopping list
- salt shopping list
- optional: raisins shopping list
How to make it
- Cut the vegetables in small cubes and add salt.
- Mince the mint.
- In a large bowl put everything and mix (do not cook the couscous!)
- Cover and fridge for 12 hours.
- Enjoy!
