    This recipe is more of a brine, with a lot of salt. I am not such a salt user, and with pork or beef tenderloin it isn't so necessary. Leave out the salt and add the juice of a lime. Fabulous!

    Mmmmmm sounds wonderful. My husband was a controller for Coke for 22 years -- I have a cookbook of recipes using Coke. I'll go through it and see if there's any more that people might like! LOL

    Wait, where was I? Ahh yes....the marinade. This sounds really good and I will be trying this soon as I always have rum (dark) and coke (diet) on hand, as I like to drink them together. Plus, I have the other three suspects as well. I just need a meat product to try it on...hmmm.
