Albertsons Crab Salad

OK, this easy salad is not for "Seafood Purists" but it is easy and delicious. (and cheap, about a buck a pound!) When I lived in California, The Albertson's grocery store chain sold this in their deli. I would order a container to go and a few fresh rolls on the way to the beach. Read more Life was good! Ingredients
- 2 pounds imitation Krab meat... shopping list
- 1/3 cup sliced green onion tops shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- Fresh rolls shopping list
- lettuce shopping list
How to make it
- Chop meat in small pieces
- Wash green onion tops and slice onion
- Combine meat, mayo, and green onions. Refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving.
- Fresh rolls and lettuce make a great easy lunch.

Love this recipe. Fresh real crab is hard to come by here and when you do get it, in any form, it's expensive. I love the imitation crab. Will be making this for sure!
