Sweet Chili Mayo For Sushi

Simple little sweet sauce for Japanese Sushi, any rice dish, dip for shrimp and/or any fish. This is not my recipe. It's a known known....LOVE that expression!
Ingredients
- 3 Parts Japanese Mayo (Kewpie Brand) shopping list
- 1 Part sweet chili sauce shopping list
- Note: I included a photo of the sweet chili sauce. It is different than garlic Chili Sauce, which is HOT, as it is very sweet. shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together well. Serve as a dipping sauce or directly on top of rice or sushi. Keep Refrigerated.

I'm thinking this would be good on a burger as well, love the creaminess of the mayonnaise and the spice from the sauce. Good post.
