Ingredients
- 1 cup grits - cooked shopping list
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix shopping list
- 4 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1 3/4 cups hot milk shopping list
- 1 stick butter, softened shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese shopping list
- 1 lb hot sausage, cooked & fat drained off shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all together
- Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees F

I REALLY miss grits and can't get them here, nor can I get Jiffy cornbread mix or American-style/flavored sausage. Am I defeated? NO! I'll work on this and make it with what I can find. A 5 to you!
