Chicken Livers Wrapped In Bacon

- 2 lbs chicken livers shopping list
- 1 lb bacon shopping list
- 1 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 3 Tablespoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Remove fat and membrane from livers
- Cut livers into bite-size pieces(about the size of a marshmallow)
- (I agree, chicken livers to marshmallows? no comparison!! LOL)
- Marinate livers in soy sauce, garlic salt, garlic powder & worc. sauce
- for several hours or overnite.
- Reserve marinade
- Cut bacon slices in half
- Roll a bacon slice around a liver and secure with a toothpick
- Place on cookie sheet or biscuit pan
- Be sure pan has sides so liquid won't drip onto the oven floor!
- Bake in 400 degree oven until bacon is crisp (about 20-30 minutes)
- Brush livers with marinade several times during baking.
