Grilled Skewered Chicken Liver

- half kilo of chicken liver, cleaned shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup of lemon juice (or calamansi or philippine lemon juice) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. pepper shopping list
- for dip, mix all ingredients below: shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup vinegar shopping list
- 5 cloves of garlic shopping list
- 1 whole onion, diced shopping list
- 2 small siling labuyo (green or red philippine chili) shopping list
- dash of salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. sugar shopping list
How to make it
- marinate the chicken liver in soy sauce, lemon juice and pepper for about an hour and a half
- grill for 15 minutes or until chicken liver is cooked (depending on your preference)
- serve along with the dip
- goes well with ice cold beer
