Golden Raisin Cream BIscuts

- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 Tbs. baking powder shopping list
- 2 Tsp. sugar shopping list
- 1 Tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 cup whipping cream shopping list
- 1 cup golden raisins shopping list
- 1 egg beaten fo glaze shopping list
- sugar for glaze shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees} In a large bowl mix:Flour Baking powder Sugar and Salt. Mix in 1 cup Cream. Gather dough into a ball adding a little more cream if needed. Untill dough holds together Knead in rasins on lightlly floured surface Pat into a rectangle 1/2 inch thick. with sharp knife cut 12 squares Space 1 inch apart on greased baking sheet brush with egg and sprinkle generousley with sugar. Bake about 15 minutes untill light brown Seve with sweet butter or fruit preserves. Makes 12 Biscuts

I made these this afternoon. I used white whole wheat flour and that new mix of large sized raisins. DELISH! Thanks so much. Oh, I also used 3T of Splenda and 3T of dark brown sugar.
