How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients in rice cooker
  • Add 1 1/2 cups of water and mix well
  • Start rice cooker
  • It's ready to eat when cooker is finished.
  • ENJOY!!!!!!!
  • Serve with salad and rolls, and you have a quick meal

    lilliancooks dont really know if it coulb be made in crockpot just have to try.

    This sounds so good and easy! Frankie showed us this in the "I made It" group. I don't have a rice cooker. Can it be made in a crock pot?

    Don't you just love the rice cooker?? What a nice recipe, I can't wait to try this. I've made mac n cheese, chicken soup, mexican skillet beef n rice, and spaghetti.

    This was wonderful although I made a variation. I cut the recipe to 1/3 (because it was just for me), used a can of small shrimp (drained), chicken broth and Old Bay Seasoning. It was delicious!! Oh, I didn't have any green pepper though. :) I loved it. Thank you for posting this.
