Maine Shrimp Etouffee

- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup shopping list
- 2 cans diced tomatoes with green chilies shopping list
- 1 yellow onion finely chopped shopping list
- 2 bundles green onions chopped shopping list
- 1 cup finely-chopped celery shopping list
- 1 bell pepper finely chopped shopping list
- 4 sprigs parsley chopped shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds shopping list
- 4 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 2 pounds peeled raw shrimp shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all vegetables with celery seeds and butter in microwave safe dish.
- Cover and cook on high 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Add soup and tomatoes then cook on high for 10 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook on high 10 minutes longer.
- Serve over rice.
