Lasagna Without Cottage Cheese

- 1 lb. of ground beef shopping list
- 1 medium onion shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 box of lasagna noodles shopping list
- 1 large jar of Ragu shopping list
- 6 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- Parmesean cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat over to 325 degrees F.
- In 9X12X2 pan lay three cooked noodles lengthwise in pan, then because it is the bottom layer, lay three more on top of them.
- Pour Ragu over th top, not a lot, but about 1 1/2 - 2 cups and spread over the noodles, then sprinkle some of the meat mixture over the top of the Ragu, sprinkle mozzerella cheese over the meat, then sprinkle parmesean cheese over that. Repeat layers until you are out of noodles, using only three noodles between each of the remaining layers. Make sure the cheese (both kinds) are plentiful. Save 1/2 to 3/4 cup sauce and a handful of the cheeses for the top. Serve with cheesy garlic bread.

It was great! Easy to make and my 2 year old loved it. We used radiator pasta instead of lasagna and added mushrooms to it. Thanks!
