- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 pkg frozen hash browns (thawed)
- 1 stick melted butter
- 2 shakes of salt
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup crushed cheeze it's

Ingredients

1 cup chopped onion shopping list
1 pkg frozen hash browns (thawed) shopping list
1 stick melted butter shopping list
2 shakes of salt shopping list
1 cup grated cheese shopping list
1 can cream of mushroom soup shopping list
1 cup sour cream shopping list
1 cup crushed cheeze it's shopping list

How to make it

MIX hashbrowns, onions, cheese, salt.
ADD cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, butter.
PLACE in 13x9 backing dish.
TOP with crushed cheeze it's.
BAKE at 350 for 45 minutes.

I made basically the same recipe except instead of cream of mushroom I used cream of chicken and instead of cheeze-its I used crushed up Ritz crackers. Also I call the casserole: Heart Attack Potatoes :)
