Salmon Miso Yaki Sake No Miso Yaki

- 1- 1 1/2 lbs fresh wild salmon shopping list
- 1/4 cup white soybean paste (shiromiso) shopping list
- 1/2 tbl sugar shopping list
- 3-4 1/2 tbl soy sauce shopping list
- 2 cloves crushed garlic shopping list
- 2 x green onions chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the marinade paste. Brush fish on all sides with paste. Can be done ahead and refrigerated.
- Broil 6 min per side until fish is brown and somewhat charred.
- Note: Shiromiso can be purchased in plastic tubs at Asian markets. Made from fermented tofu, It is the same paste used in miso soup and miso dressing.

Lovely dish, all my favorite flavors, thanks for the hint on finding shiromiso. Have a favorite Asian market next door to my favorite butcher,time for a road trip.
