Cafe De Paris Butter

Serve this butter on top of a nice steak. Perfect for the BBQ.
Ingredients
- 150-175 g good quality butter shopping list
- 100 ml chopped parsley shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed shopping list
- 2 egg yolks shopping list
- 2 tbsp mango chutney shopping list
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
- ¼ tsp curry paste shopping list
- ½ tsp tarragon, finely chopped shopping list
- ¼ tsp thyme, finely chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all the ingredients together and roll into a sausage in cling film.
- Leave in the fridge to set.
- Slice and serve on top of a nice steak!
