- 1 tsp Hidden Valley Ranch Buttermilk Dressing mix (NOT DIP!!)
- 1 cup of Hellman's Mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup fattening buttermilk...the real deal
- 1/4 tsp coarse ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (it's not overpowering, I promise!!)

Ingredients

1 tsp Hidden Valley Ranch buttermilk Dressing mix (NOT DIP!!) shopping list
1 cup of Hellman's mayonnaise shopping list
3/4 cup fattening buttermilk...the real deal shopping list
1/4 tsp coarse ground black pepper shopping list
1/4 tsp paprika shopping list
1/4 tsp garlic powder shopping list
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (it's not overpowering, I promise!!) shopping list

How to make it

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, or shaker
Mix well
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving
Enjoy this truly unique dressing and let the guilt feelings go until tomorrow!!

I checked 3 stores for the "buttermilk" variety of hidden Valley Ranch mix. I had to settle for their original. Also forgot to pick up buttermilk (duh!) so I made my own (1 cup milk + 1 tbs lemon juice - just used 3/4 cup in the recipe) . Worked like a charm and this recipe tasted exactly the same as outbacks spicy ranch dressing. Thanks for the grrat recipe! :)
