Bananas Brulee

This is easy and impressive. Great served over ice cream, with crepes, waffles, etc. Again, from my man AB and Good eats.
Ingredients
- 4 bananas, ripe shopping list
- ~6 tsps granulated sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Slice the bananas long ways and then cut each piece in half (do not peel first).
- Sprinkle sugar liberally on the large cut surface of each banana piece.
- Place under a broiler until sugar caramelizes, or use a butane torch to caramelize each piece individually.
- Peel banana pieces and serve.

An instant hit at our house! The kids were making these for the next 3 days. We also did some sprinkled w/ nutmeg or cinnamon. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!
