Easy Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Brownies

Sinfully delicious, super easy, crowd pleasing chocolate lovers and cheesecake lovers dessert. I got this recipe from my SIL after enjoying them at her house once.
Ingredients
- 2 packages refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough shopping list
- 2 packages (8oz) Philadelphia light cream cheese -- softened shopping list
- 1 large egg shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oven to 350° F
- Cut frozen dough into 1/4 inch thick slices. Cover bottom of 13x9 inch baking pan with 1/2 of the dough to form the crust. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar and vanilla with an electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Spread over the crust; top with remaining cookie dough.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Cool. Refrigerate. Cut into squares.
