Grilled Chicken Cordon Bleu

- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 6 slices swiss cheese shopping list
- 6 slices thin slices of deli ham shopping list
- 3 Tbs olive oil or vegetable oil shopping list
- 3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Flatten the chicken to 1/4" thickness. Place a slice of cheese and ham on each to within 1/4" of edges. Fold in half; secure with thin, metal skewers or toothpicks See Photo. Brush with oil and roll in bread crumbs. Grill, covered, over medium-high heat for 15 to 18 minutes, or until juices run clear.

Frankie I make the Chicken Cordon Blue also... I really love this recipe...I learned to make this from going to Germany... They serve it alot over there..The only difference is I slice my chicken and add the meat and cheese inside...I accidently rate...more
