Olive Meatloaf

It may sound strange - a meatloaf w./ an abundance of olives in it, but you will NEVER have better. This meatloaf is perfectly seasoned and a real treat, definitely not your usual fare. Absolutely perfect with mashed potatoes and butter, steamed baby peas.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground buffalo or lean ground beef shopping list
- 1 lb. ground pork shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- 1/3 cup Heinz chili sauce shopping list
- 1 heaping T. of Worchestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix shopping list
- 1 heaping cup soft bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery, cooked until just soft shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced green olives (stuffed w/ pimentos) shopping list
- minced fresh or dried Italian parsley shopping list
- fresh ground black pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Spray large loaf pan with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing thorougly.
- Place in greased loaf pan.
- Bake 1 hour.
It's uncooked state.
