Deep Dish Chicken Pot Pie

- 2 (9 inch) refrigerated pie crust shopping list
- 2 cans (10 3/4oz each) cream of chicken soup shopping list
- 2 pkg. (about 9oz. each) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed shopping list
- 2 Cups cubed cooked chicken shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Fit one pie crust into the bottom of a baking dish. You may have to roll it to make it fit what dish you are using. (I use the deep oval Corningware kind)
- Then set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl combine cream of chicken soup, mixed vegetables and chicken.
- Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish.
- Moisten edges of pie crust with water and place remaining crust on top. (again you may have to roll it to fit the dish.)
- Fold edges & pinch together to seal.
- Cut slits in the top to vent.
- Bake 45-50 minutes.
- Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
