Ham In A Pan

- 1 large ham slice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves shopping list
- 1 small or medium can of crushed pineapple shopping list
How to make it
- In a non-stick skillet, melt butter and add ham slice over
- medium-high heat.
- Score the edges of the ham, if necessary, to keep slice from curling.
- Saute ham for 2 minutes and turn it over.
- Sprinkle on brown sugar and cloves.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add crushed pineapple.
- Turn heat to medium-low and cook for 5 minutes.
- Cover with lid, turn heat to low and cook for 25 minutes

- Serves 3. (Serves 2 with a leftover ham slice for a
- Sandwich the next day!)
