Sweet and Sour Kielbasa

Delicious, easy, kid friendly kielbasa recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 cups ketchup shopping list
- 1/2 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 6 tbsp butter shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 4 tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1/8 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/8 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 lb kielbasa shopping list
- 4 cups rice,cooked shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients, except rice, in a large skillet or saute pan. Simmer, covered, on low for one hour. Serve over cooked rice.
