Cap Cai indonesian vegetable stir fry

- cauliflower, cut into small florets shopping list
- 1/2 carrot, cut into 1/2 cms thick shopping list
- 4 meatballs cut into 1/2 cms thick shopping list
- 1 cup of chicken breast, cubed (optional) shopping list
- 1/2 onion, cut into cubes shopping list
- 1 spring onion, cut into 10 cms lenght shopping list
- 3 fresh shitake mushrooms shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup of chicken stock shopping list
- 1 chilli pepper shopping list
- salt and white pepper to taste shopping list
- 1/2 tsp corn flour / corn starch mixed with 4 tbs of water shopping list
How to make it
- with alittle oil and medium heat saute garlic until fragant, add onion until soft add meat balls, (add chicken, if you're using)
- add cauliflower, carrot and mushrooms and chilli pepper
- add chicken stock, stir, cover with lid, let it cook for 5 minutes
- add salt, pepper and spring onion, corn starch mixture, stirr well serve hot
