Hot Roll Mix

- 5 pounds (20 C) all purpose flour (I like better for bread flour) shopping list
- 1 1/4 C white sugar shopping list
- 4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 C instant non-fat dry milk shopping list
How to make it
- Dump all ingredients into a giant, clean plastic bag and shake it up.
- You can also put all ingredients into a large bowl and mix together.
- Store in an air tight container for up to 6 months.
- You can also store in zip lock bags.
- Put it in the freezer to keep it extra fresh.
- Be sure to identify and date the mix with a permanent marker.
