Sesame Parmesan Monkey Bread

- 2 pkgs yeast shopping list
- 2 cups warm water shopping list
- 3/4 cup melted shortening shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 7 cups flour shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 sticks margarine (to dip dough in) shopping list
- 2 tbsp dried parsley shopping list
- sesame seeds shopping list
- parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- dissolve yeast in warm water
- add sugar, salt, eggs, shortening and 3 1/2 cups flour
- beat real well
- gradually add the remaining flour, knead 10 minutes
- divide dough and roll out on lightly floured surface
- cut into little squares
- dip each square into melted butter
- mix the sesame seeds, parmesan cheese and parsley flakes in shallow pan
- roll in sesame seeds/parmesan cheese
- drop into greased bundt pan-helter skelter
- let rise until doubled in size (about 1 hour)
- bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes
- turn upside down on a plate to remove from pans
