Inside Out Cake

This cake is easy to make ,very moist and the frosting goes inside the cake so no need for frosting the usual way.It calls for a bundt cake pan but I don't have one so I always make it in a 9" x 13" pan and it turns out really well. Ingredients
- 1 Box yellow cake mix shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 C. canola or vegatableOil shopping list
- 1 C. water shopping list
- 1 can pecan coconut frosting shopping list
- 1/2 C. chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Beat cake mix, eggs, water & oil for 2 minutes.
- Add pecan coconut frosting and chopped pecans and mix well. Bake in bundt pan
- Bake 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean.
- Remove from pan while still hot.
