Peanut Butter WW Splenda Cookies

- peanut butter cookies shopping list
- INGREDIENTS: shopping list
- * 1 1/4 cups WW flour shopping list
- * 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- * 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- * 1/2 cup shortening or butter shopping list
- * 1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy) shopping list
- * 1 cup packed Splenda shopping list
- * 1/2 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- * 1 egg shopping list
- * white sugar for fork pressing shopping list
- Optional: add 1 cup chocolate chips shopping list
How to make it
- PREPARATION:
- Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder; set aside. Cream shortening, peanut butter, and sugars; beat in vanilla and egg. Stir in flour mixture, blending well. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls OR (golf ball size); place on greased baking sheets.
- Flatten each cookie with the tines of a fork; dip fork in white sugar periodically to keep it from sticking to the peanut butter cookie dough.
- Bake peanut butter cookies at 375° for about 10 to 12 minutes (8 min. in Convection oven).
