Ingredients
- pasta shopping list
- 3 tbspn of butter shopping list
- 3 strips of bacon, diced (I used back bacon which is not so fatty) shopping list
- 200ml of cream shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 tbspn of garlic shopping list
- salt shopping list
- black pepper shopping list
- oil shopping list
How to make it
- Boil pasta to al dente in a pot of water added with salt and olive oil, then drain the pasta with a colander
- Heat oil in a pan, add in the diced bacon and stir fry till it starts to turn brown
- Add garlic into the pan and stir fry till golden brown
- Mix cream and egg together
- Add butter into the pan and pour #4 in
- Stir with low fire
- Season with salt and pepper
