Someone gave me this recipe and normally I might not have tried it because it was so easy. Turned out to be a mainstay in our family and a great side dish for friends over.

- 1 can Campbell's Beef consume
- 1 can Campbell's Chicken gumbo
- 1/2 to 1 stick butter.

Ingredients

1 cup Uncle Ben's converted rice (not instant) shopping list
1 can Campbell's beef consume shopping list
1 can Campbell's chicken gumbo shopping list
1/2 to 1 stick butter. shopping list

How to make it

In a Pyrex 1 quart dish, mix the rice, consume and gumbo.
Drop the butter in the middle
Bake at 350 degrees for an hour
That's the whole story

Ahhhh, but couldn't that be the best reason TO try it... because it is "so easy"?? Sometimes simplicity is the highest virtue, or at least I feel that Thoreau would've thought so.
