Chinese Turnip With Pork Ribs Soup

- 1 chinese turnip, cut into bite size pieces shopping list
- 300 grams of pork ribs, cut into bite size pieces shopping list
- 10 cups of water shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- generous pinch of pepper shopping list
- pinch of sugar or hon dashi (to replace msg) shopping list
- finely sliced spring onion shopping list
How to make it
- Put pork ribs in water, bring to the boil
- add turnip, cook for around 20 minutes
- add salt, pepper and hon dashi
- garnish with finely sliced spring onion, serve
