Eggnog Cheesecake Diabetic

This is also one of my fave cheesecake!!!
Ingredients
- 2 (8oz each) pkg cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 3 eggs shopping list
- 1 c sour cream shopping list
- 2/3 c splenda shopping list
- 1 tsp rum flavor shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Beat cream cheese & eggs til combined.
- Add sour cream and rest of ingredients, beat at low speed just til combined
- Spray 9 inch pie plate with butter flavored cooking spray
- Pour cream cheese mixture into pie plate
- Place pie plate into another pan half filled with water
- Bake for 50
- Turn off oven & let cool in oven
- Chill well before serving
