Egg Dumplings

This is called a dumpling but is not airy like some dumplings are. I use these in oysters stew, chicken and dumplings, potato soup.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs (I use organic) shopping list
- kosher salt and cracked fresh pepper shopping list
- Enough all purpose flour to make a thick, sticky dough. shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix in flour until good consistency.
- Depends on what you are cooking as to when dumplings are added.
- Chicken and dumplings - before thickening
- Oyster - before adding oysters
- Potato-last thing you add.
- Pictures are before being added to any of the above.
