How to make it

  • Heat oven to 375. Coat 8 muffin cups with cooking spray. With your hands mix beef, bread crumbs,pizza sauce and eggs in a bowl.
  • Pack into cups. Bake 25 mins. until cooked through. Top with shreaded mozzarella and some dried oregano Bake 2 mins until cheese melts.
  • Great teamed with pasta and peas combined.

    I liked that the muffin didn't break apart when taking it out of the form. And the bake time decrease from a standard loaf time.

    A little bit of extra grease is left over in the bottom of the tins which is unpalatable to me. But in all fairness, I used a mix of one pound hamburger and a half pound Italian sausage.

    Made some pics for you. Looks like a lot of the mozzarella slid off the muffin tops. :)

    Seriously, It's difficult to manipulate the cheese exactly where you want it on a hot muffin tin quickly.

    i love making my meatloaf this way. Haven't done the pizza flavor but I do put my meatloaf in a muffin tin. Everyone gets an end piece!

    I like meatloaf in muffin tins, cause the cook quick enough to have on a weeknight when I don't have the hour long bake for dinner time. These flavors will please my pizza loving husband and daughter, nice post.
