I have seen the harvest of the nests on television. Its very dangerous. But people will pay a great deal of money for them. I will probably never have it, but thank you for sharing the recipe.

yes, swallow nest, actually made from swallow's saliva, they are very expensive.
the chinese has been eating bird nest for over 2000 years, they believe it's very good for our health

Now for sure we can't find birds nests here... Unless I nab a Mockingbirds! So cliff swallows here in Texas!
