How to make it
- Remove the stems from the mint leaves.

- Place the mint leaves, sugar, and lemon juice in a blender and blend. Strain the mint mixture through a fine sieve and place in a large pitcher.
- Add 2-1/2 cups of cold water, and ice if desired.
- Stir well.
- Chill and serve in cold or chilled glasses garnished with additional mint leaves or a slice of lemon.
- If this is too sweet for your taste, add an extra cup of water.
- *If you want to add some alcohol, add 1 shot glass of Limoncello or vodka. Okkk, add more vodka or even rum!

I just love mint flavored drinks and this sounds so good right now. If we added a little bit of rum or vodka, it couldn't hurt? LOL I'm going to make this one next week for the BBQ at Mollie's house! Thanks Annie, I luv your recipes!
