Chinese Spicy Chicken

- 1 chicken breast shopping list
- 3 tbs flour shopping list
- 1 egg yolk shopping list
- 1 tbs of water shopping list
- 1 tbs soy sauce shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of sugar shopping list
- 2 cloves of garlic shopping list
- 2 tbs soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tbs of rice cooking wine shopping list
- 2 hot chilli peppers shopping list
- scallion shopping list
- pinch of salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cut chicken breast into bite size chunk
- marinade with egg yolk, flour , water, soy sauce for 15 minutes
- deep fried until firm, and golden brown (but don't over cook)
- sautee garlic and chilli pepper with low heat until fragant add sugar (to caramelize)
- add soy sauce, the wok should be smoky at this moment,
- when it's fragant salt & pepper, scallions, wine, add chicken, cook until the chicken absorb all the juice, serve

I had this for dinner yesterday and WOW. Yum. O_O.
I doubled the batch and altered some things only because I couldn't get rice wine in time (forgot). So I used my rice vinegar and a little extra soy sauce, and it still came back outstanding. Ot...moregobo in Groton loved it
