Gorgonzola-Mascarpone Sauce With Pappardelle

- 50 g gorgonzola shopping list
- 50 g mascarpone shopping list
- 1 shallot onion shopping list
- 1 dl white wein shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- chopped walnut shopping list
- 250 g pappardelle or any other pasta shopping list
- salt, pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in a small saucepan and add chopped onion.
- Pour the white wine and cook it until reduced half.
- Add gorgonzola and mascarpone cook it about 3 minutes, add salt and pepper.
- Pour the sauce on the cooked pappardelle and sprinkle chopped walnut on it.

Great recipe! (again :) I love Gorgonzola too, and adding the marscapone would help "tame" the taste...
