Double Layer Pumpkin Pie

- 1 graham cracker pie crust shopping list
- ½ pkg. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. milk shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. sugar shopping list
- 1 tub Cool Whip, thawed shopping list
- 1 C. cold milk shopping list
- 2 pkg. vanilla flavored instant pudding shopping list
- 1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin shopping list
- 1 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- ½ tsp ground ginger shopping list
- ¼ tsp. ground cloves shopping list
How to make it
- Mix cream cheese, 1 tbsp. Milk and sugar in a large bowl, with wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in ½ of the whipped topping. Spread on bottom of crust.
- Pour 1 C. milk into bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute. (mixture will be very thick) Stir in pumpkin and spices with wire whisk until well mixed. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. Garnish with remaining whipped topping. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.

Thank you for sharing this recipe, its chilling my fridge as i write this. I am having the in-laws over for dinner tonight and its going to be our dessert. YUM I can't wait I LOVE pumpkin anything.
Although my pie shell was a little small...morejabec in Kingston loved it
