- 2 - 3 slices fat back, cut into small pieces, fried shopping list
- 2 smoked sausage (I use kielbasa) cut into small pieces, fried shopping list
- 1 chicken cut into pieces shopping list
- 1 - 1 1/2 cups rice shopping list
How to make it
- Add enough water in a pot to cover a cut up chicken. add salt and pepper. cook until done
- add the rice plus enought water to cook the rice. I start with one cup of rice and watch as it is cooking to add either more water or more rice.
- add sausage and fat back
- cook on low until rice id done, about 30 minutes.
