Chantilly Whipped Cream

This modestly sweet and delightful whipped cream is a great accompaniment to any dessert. I used to eat every last bit when it was served with beignets. From Jazz restaurants' website.
Ingredients
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream shopping list
- 1 tbsp vanilla shopping list
- ½ oz brandy shopping list
- ½ oz triple sec shopping list
- ⅓ cup sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Put all ingredients except sugar into a bowl and begin to whip.
- Gradually add sugar.
- Whip until thick.
- Sugar and alcohol can be altered. use less sugar to save on calories. Alcohol can be substituted with non-alcoholic triple sec or use nutmeg and cinnamon to flavor.
