Salmon Lime Light

- 1 Tbl butter, not margerine shopping list
- 2 4 oz salmon fillets, skin removed shopping list
- 2 Tbl lime juice shopping list
- 1 Tbl teriyaki sauce shopping list
- 2 green onions, sliced (white part only) shopping list
- ½ tsp herbs de Provence shopping list
- 1 lime, cut into wedges (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- 450 oven
- Add butter to baking dish, melt, turn dish to coat
- Place fillets in baking dish, unskinned side up
- Stir together all ingredients except lime wedges
- Drizzle over salmon
- Bake until fish flakes easily with fork, about 25-30 minutes
- Serve with lime wedges, if desired
