- 3 medium baking potatoes shopping list
- 1 large white onion sliced thin shopping list
- 3-1/2 tablespoons bacon drippings shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Peel potatoes and place in a medium pan with enough cold water to cover them.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat then drain potatoes and refrigerate.
- While chilled cut into thin slices.
- In medium cast iron skillet sauté onions in bacon drippings then add potatoes.
- Add seasonings and periodically shake pan over medium heat until potatoes are golden all over.
- Serve hot.
